Sausage Balls

1 lb hot sausage

1 lb grated sharp cheddar cheese

3 ½ cups Bisquick

½ cup water

Grease cookie sheet and preheat oven at 350°.

Let cheese and sausage soften at room temperature. Mix with Bisquick and water. Roll into balls. Place on cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown for about 20 minutes.
